We are taking orders for the LVW 2017 Season T-Shirt.  In order to have these shirts by our target date of June 29 (our Home Show - The LVW Classic) please complete the form by Thursday, June 15!

The shirts will be $12 each.  You can pay for your shirts when you pick them up, either at the Home Show or at an event later in the season.

The shirts are short sleeve BLACK (no other color options) and are Hanes X-Temp (60% Cotton/40% Polyester).

Please DO NOT order a T-Shirt for a current LVW member with this order form!  All of our members have already signed up for a shirt.  Those member shirts are covered in their season fees, so they are free for members.  If our members want additional shirts, they should order from this form (additional shirts are not free).  Pay by Cash or Check ONLY.

Lutheran Vanguard of Wisconsin will be ordering group tickets for The Whitewater Classic DCI show to be held on Saturday, June 24 at Perkins Stadium in Whitewater! The band will attend the show as a group, as they will be together for the first weekend of shows. We want to make more tickets available for others to attend.

This show will include the Pioneer, Colts, Crossmen, Blue Stars, Cavaliers, and the Madison Scouts (and a few others).

To sit with the LVW group, you MUST complete this form by Thursday, June 15! After that time we will not be able to add tickets at our group rate. You will be on your own to order tickets after that time.

We will order tickets for LVW members, so please DO NOT include current LVW marching members in the ticket total for your order. Staff members, directors, volunteers, and everyone else MUST USE THIS FORM to order your ticket.

The tickets for current LVW members will be $5, as we have some money built into the fees for the summer for these kinds of events. The price for all others (including Banner/Detail members if they attend) will be $12. Tickets for this event range from $20 - 40, so the $12 group rate is a very good savings!

We will collect money ($5 LVW ticket fee) from the LVW members during the next two weeks. They can bring the $5 this next week to rehearsal if they so choose.

LVW will have the tickets for the show in our possession. When we get closer to the event, you will be updated with information about how you can get your tickets. Most likely they will be distributed outside the stadium gate. Please don't send any money at this time. You may pay for the tickets on the day of the event when you get your ticket.

Hello Everyone!

Band Camp is just around the corner, and as you prepare for the summer season; we would like to ask for donations.  Please bring what you feel you are able to donate, to the first day of band camp. We hope there is something on this list that will work out for everyone; time wise and money wise. Your donations of these staple items help to offset the cost of food and allow us to do some special/extra things with the food menu.  

Volunteers are also needed!  If you feel you cannot donate items, please consider donating your time.  We have many volunteers needs from kitchen to chaperone to snack service to clean up to truck driving, all to support our kids and the tremendous effort they put into the LVW Season.  We cannot do this program without your donations of time and/or items.  THANK YOU!
