LVW Families, Friends, Alumni, Groupies!  We have the information for the Waterbury Inn in Door County for the July 3 - 5 holiday.  Chuck has been SUPER FUN TO WORK WITH as we planned out this  block reservation!

The rooms will be first-come, first-served.  From this point, you will be responsible to contact the Inn and reserve your own rooms.  Be sure to tell them you are part of the Lutheran Vanguard Reservation Block!  

This block contains the following room types and the number of each:

Deluxe 2:  16 Rooms
Studio 2:  4 Rooms
Deluxe 1:  17 Rooms
Studio 1:  5 Rooms

If you are adding - that's 42 rooms!  This is gonna be GREAT!

Here is a bit more information for the reservations.  This pricing is for two  nights (July 3 and 4) with checkout on July 5.  The Waterbury Inn requires at least a two night stay during the peak season.

Studio 1 (rated 2 adults - max of 4 with pullout sofa):  
$497.02 (senior or AAA discounts could apply)

Deluxe 1 (rated 2 adults - max of 4 with pullout sofa):
$558.60 (senior or AAA discounts could apply)

Studio 2 (rated 4 adults - max of 6 with pullout sofa):
$579.14 (senior or AAA discounts could apply)

Deluxe 2 (rated 4 adults - max of 6 with pullout sofa):
$677.16 (senior or AAA discounts could apply)

These rooms will be held for a month or two, after which time the unreserved rooms will be open to the public.

There are still a few spots open for Volunteer needs for the upcoming camp.  Help is needed for meal prep and overnight chaperon help.  Please consider giving a little time to LVW!  You don't have to be a parent of a member.  Former members, relatives, older siblings, grandparents, and others can volunteer!
