ARRIVAL AND PARKING - Bus & trailer parking will be in the parking lot on the south side of the
High School. Spectator parking will be on the north & west side of the high school. Your entourage will be greeted at the entrance to the parking area and be directed from there. All staff, students and chaperones on buses will be stamped at the time of arrival to get in to the show free of charge. Locker rooms will be provided for your changing needs. There are restrooms in the commons area of the HS as well. Please do NOT use these for changing into uniforms.

WARM UP AREA – Bands may utilize the fields adjacent to the parking area for warm up. Please face east, away from the performance field. There are two practice fields available - silent drill only once the show starts due to the close proximity to the performance field.

PERFORMANCE ENTRANCE & EXIT – Bands will enter and exit through the south gate entrance to the performance field. Trooping the stands is allowed and encouraged. Please be at the gate 5 minutes prior to your performance time so the show runs on time and smoothly. The back side stands are available for your band members that would like to watch the show. The front side tends to fill with paying spectators.

RULES/CLASSIFICATION - All MACBDA rules and classifications will apply to this competition. Awards will be presented to all competing bands. Drum majors and guard captains should report to the field upon the beginning of Fort Atkinson’s exhibition performance. An announcement will be made.

SPECTATOR INFORMATION - Gates for spectators will open at 6:30 PM, and opening ceremonies begin at 7:30 PM.
Tickets—All tickets are $7, children under 4 are admitted free.
Concessions—Concessions will open approximately an hour before the show begins, and will have a wide variety of food and beverages. A full menu will be available.

CRITIQUE - will be held after the awards ceremony in the HS IMC. Please refer to the attached map.
MACBDA standard critique format will be followed. Groups will be in the critique room for 15 minutes, with 7 1/2 minutes per table. Light snacks and beverages will be available in the cafeteria critique staging area. If you are not there at your scheduled time - we will move ahead to the next group.

--In the event of a heavy rain during performance time, the show will be held indoors in the gym.
More information will follow if the weather calls for rain on that day. There is a power source at the field.
