Listed below are the links for the housing and hosting forms for this June. Please note that there are two forms - one for non-FVL students who are staying at a host home, and one form for FVL families who will be hosting students. Be sure to use the correct form.
If you are a non-FVL family but WILL be hosting students (for example - friends or relatives of LVW members), please use the LVW 2014 Hosting Form for FVL Students.
FVL families should submit the form EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO HOST. There is a place on the form to indicate whether you can or can not host students.
Please submit the form by Friday, May 16. Parents and students should work together to fill out the form, because there is information that both will need to fill out such as medical information, emergency contact information, and listing students who are planning to stay with each other or hosting specific students.
LVW students will be staying in host homes on the following nights: June 10, 11, 12; June 18, 19; and June 24, 25.

Next week you will also find information on the website for the upcoming band camp, to be held at FVL beginning on June 10. You can always find information on the "Director's Updates" tab.
In the coming weeks, there will also be new information as it becomes available for summer schedules and performance information. Be sure to check the website often as we approach the summer season!
