Hello LVW Parents,
Here are the links for the housing and hosting forms for this June. Please note that there are two forms - one for non-FVL families who are staying at a host home, and one form for FVL families who will be hosting students.
If you are a non-FVL family but WILL be hosting students, please use the LVW 2013 Hosting form for FVL students.
Please submit the form by Monday, May 20. Parents and students should work together to fill out the form, because there is information that both will need to fill out such as medical information, emergency contact information, and listing students who are planning to stay with each other or hosting specific students.
LVW students will be staying in host homes on the following nights: June 4, 5, 6; June 12, 13; June 19; June 26.

Next week you will also find information on the website for the upcoming band camp, to be held at FVL beginning on June 4. You can always find information on the "Current Season" tab.
I have also posted the schedule for our Home Show on June 22 on the "Home Show" tab on our website. More information will be added to that page as well, such as ticket information, concessions, and so on.
