Itinerary for June 22-24 Trip to Milwaukee, Fort Atkinson, and Oregon

Friday - June 22
2:30 PM – Buses arrive at FVL to load
3:00 PM – Depart for St. John’s Lutheran School, 1278 Dewey Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53213
5:00 PM – Supper at St. John’s
7:00 PM – Depart for Hart Park, 7300 Chestnut Street, Wauwatosa, WI 53213
7:30 PM – Show begins
10:30 PM – Depart for WLHS for overnight housing  

Saturday, June 23
This is a rehearsal day in Milwaukee.  Rehearsals will take place at either Raabe Stadium, 10200 Watertown Plank Road, Wauwatosa, or at Wisconsin Lutheran HS

7:30 AM - Wake Up/Breakfast
9:00 AM – Rehearsal begins

11:30AM - Lunch 

2:00 PM – Return to WLHS to load and change into uniform
3:30 PM – Depart for Fort Atkinson High School
4:45 PM - arrive Fort Atkinson Senior HS (925 Lexington Boulevard, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538-1096), eat supper
7:30 PM - Show begins
10:30 PM - Time Approximate - depart for Lakeside Lutheran HS (LLHS), 321 Woodland Beach Road, Lake Mills, WI 53551 for overnight housing.  
11:00 PM – Arrive LLHS

Sunday, June 24

6:30 AM - Wake Up/Breakfast/Dress for Church
7:30 AM - Load LLHS - go to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1530 S Main Street, Lake Mills for 8:00 Service. 

8:00 AM - Worship Begins (LVW will sing "By Faith" during the worship service, which will also be a communion service)
10:30 AM - Depart for Oregon, WI (Oregon HS – 456 N Perry Pkwy, Oregon, WI 53575) for Parade
11:30 AM - Arrive Oregon, WI (Bag lunch)
12:30 PM - Parade begins - after parade return to Oregon HS to change and prepare for evening show
Supper will be served at Oregon HS.
7:30 PM - Show begins
11:00 PM - Time approximate - Load and Depart from Oregon HS (Travel times and destinations vary for each school)

FVL will transport WLA and FVL students

MLHS will transport KML and MLHS students

SLHS will transport WLHS and SLHS students (See travel times in separate post for the Shoreland Bus)
12:30 AM – FVL Buses wil Drop off at FdL, WI
1:15 AM – Arrive FVL
